Monica Singer, AMFT

Hi, I’m Monica Singer!

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working with adults, teens and couples. I help my clients navigate complex trauma, neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism), eating disorders/body image, gender, sexuality and identity.

I’m passionate about creating a space where you can safely reconnect to your body through art, mindfulness, movement, exploration of generational patterns and self-expression.

I work from a trauma-informed, health at every size and decolonizing framework.

I believe in foremost building the trust in the relationship, and then collaborating about the pace, style and goals together. I know from my experience on both sides of therapy that there’s no “one right way” to do or show up to therapy.

If I sound like a good fit, please feel free to reach out for a consultation.
